This call sounded great right out of the package. As a long time duck hunter from south LA, I've been blowing Haydel's calls for 30 years. Everyone is into these "have to have" cool kid brands and outrageously priced products now for some reason. Every guide south of I-10 in Louisiana has at least 2-3 Haydel's calls hanging from their neck, because they work! This predator call is no exception. Phenominal sound, easy to blow. Great on its own, or as a complement to an e-caller for subtle sounds and quick change of pace. Don't fall for the marketing hype, buy a Haydel's first and skip the regret and crazy prices.
