I purchased this for my grandson's birthday and when it arrived, we thought the screws were missing. I contacted the seller who told me that the screws were in the chair, which they were. Got it put together and he loves it! Seller was friendly and replied the day after I messaged him about the missing hardware. I would recommend this.It's a great chair but when the product breaks like the foot rest there are no replacement parts you can get.The rgb is cool. The massage feature I'd a little pillow you have to plug in via USB. The base is plastic so I can't see it holding up to someone in the close to the 397 weight limit (oddly precise) weight limit. The back does not stay upright if you lean too hard into it when it's locked in place. And it wobbles. A lot. If this was a 300 dollar chair I'd call it junk. For 200 (or less with coupon) I'd say it's an okay purchase but I don't see much longevity to chair. It was easy to assemble though. I give props for that.This chair was so easy to assemble! The 150° reclining feature is awesome! My only dislike is with the lighting feature. The chair came with an RF remote that partially worked freshbout the box. I haven't been able to see all the lighting features due to the broken remote.Really awesome chair the chair itself it pretty comfortable and cool. The only downside is the usb cable to make the chair light up is really short so you either have to sit really close to an outlet or your tower to plug it in.This has Been absolutely a nightmare this was a birthday gift not even 5 days it gets so hot you cant sit in the chair the chair turns on randomly by it's self with no one in the room! the lights are messed up and change on there own and won't stay on one setting and now the vibration part stopped workingwhen you try to get ahold of the company it's a joke they take for ever to respond and to return it you haft pay to ship it back and then the go from a full refund to only half awful company!!!
